Landscaping Gallery
These pictures take this project from Start to finish.
Photo 1 - Shows the lawn how it was originally. Photo 2 - Shows the building of the berm which ultimately took 6 yards of topsoil. Photo 3 - Has the berm in, edging done and the plants staged. 25 Boxwoods and 5 Emerald Green Arborvitae's. Photo 4-6 - Show the end result after plantings and mulch are in. |
These pictures take the project from start to finish.
Customer had curbscaping done by another company before I started. Photo 1-2 - These photos just show the barren bed before any landscaping was done. Photo 4-6 - These show the finished project which includes: 8 Lirope, 4 Boxwoods, 4 Wiegela, 5 Dwarf Hameln Grasses, 1 Pink Princess Crabapple, 1 Little Gem Norway Spruce and 2 tones of Three Rivers Rainbow decorative rock. |
These pictures take the project from start to finish. This was a fairly in depth project with the removal of 14 large overgrown bushes.
Photo 1-3 - Shows the overgrowth that the customer wanted cleaned out at the beginning of the project. Photo 4-5 - Show the project after all the bushes and old rock have been removed and three yards of topsoil have been added. Photo 6-8 - These pictures show the landscape fabric down and the plantings in. Photo 9-12 - Show the finished project after everything is done including the adding of 2.5 yards of Indiana Rainbow decorative rock. |
These photos are from a job I did where I forgot to take before pictures (I do that a lot). Basically all three of these areas were just grass areas before I started. Photo 1 - The object here was to create a screen to hide the cable box using some decorative grasses. Photo 2 - This area was set up to create a screen for the porch from the north using Arborvitae's. The area to the right of the trees will be used for a flowering bush and other small flowers to add color. Photo 3 - This bed was put in to cover the area along the foundation that is notoriously hard to grow grass in. I put in some Burning Bushes to provide some fall color.
These photos are from a job I did where the customer was having a washout problem under the driveway. The wall was built to alleviate that problem and add a nice area for some plantings. Once again I failed to take the before photo's (insert sad face).
Mulch Jobs
These are just some pics of a mulch job I did.
If you've been thinking about freshining up your mulch (which you should do annually), maybe these pictures will help you make up your mind. A little new mulch and the color that comes with it does an amazing job at adding aesthetic value to your home. This job which was a fairly large one took nearly six yards of Mystic Black mulch. This was just a small portion of the beds. |
Rock Jobs
These are some pics from a job I did where the customer wanted to replace an existing mulch bed with rock.
Photo 1-3 - These show the existing beds after all mulch had been removed and where the bed was extended out around the Birch tree. Photo 4-6 - These show the finished product after putting down four yards of Indiana Rainbow decorative rock. It looks a little white in the pics as it had not been rinsed of all the dust yet. |
Here are some pics from another job I did where the customer wanted to put in a prettier rock and re do the plantings. I took out the ugly river rock and put in about a yard of Eau Claire Muscatine decorative rock. The plantings added were three boxwoods.
